The NFACC table has served as a forum for discussing perspectives across the value chain on animal care assessment programs and the development of a framework and principles for verification programs. 

Consensus has been reached to create an Animal Care Assessment Model (ACAM) that will guide the development and implementation of auditable on-farm animal care programs.

NFACC will also continue to facilitate discussion forums that will allow each NFACC member to determine the best possible methods to be used for managing the development and implementation of these programs.
